One very important part of building and keeping trust is ensuring that we maintain a conscientious fee schedule that everyone understands. Let’s be honest; finances can be stressful. But what helps alleviate stress is understanding, so after you’ve read our policy below, if you have questions, please give Angela or me a call. We’ll be happy to help in every way possible! Our current fees are based on the suggested fees set by the Ontario Dental Association (ODA). In fact, this has been the case for the past 46 years! You can be assured that we never have, and never will, “upcharge”, but we do confess that some of our fees are lower! An example of this is for emergency exams. Although the Fee Guide suggests a fee of $125, we invoice at $50 saving you $75! An ODA fee guide booklet is at the Reception area in the office for your reference. Our Treatment Coordinator, Chantelle, is extremely experienced in presenting treatment options and costs to our patients. We really do want you to understand your treatment plan from the initial exam to the final smile and only proceed when (and if) you are comfortable.
